Park in the lay-by in Wike Lane, which is just off the A61 Leeds to Harrogate road, and a short distance south of the turning to Collingham on the A639.
Cross the road and go through the large gates and follow the main track through the park. Shortly after you enter the wood, cross a bridge and follow this track bearing right through Piper Wood. Follow the Leeds Country Way until you eventually reach the main road. Turn right here and walk along the road until you return to your parking place.
